What are the best exercises, available in a Gym, to target and tone belly fat as well as the butt? - bmi statistics country
I am a single mother who takes time for me. My work offers a free subscription to a gym. I am not very overweight, according to some statistics of body mass index, which lost 25-30 pounds. Keep it short, I was always a little plump, and lately I do not have too much energy, I eat balanced meals as often as possible. I know I could do exercises at home, but thought I would be a valuable time for me and do something good for me, at the same time. My work and my life at home is very stressful. I take my family for a walk, swimming and cycling as often as possible in the warmer months. Well, I think, however, little energy, and I will not go wrong. Can someone help and recommend exercises in a gym, aimed at the belly and buttocks were especially. Perhaps for the first time in my life, I felt good in a bathing suit. But now I feel like an Ethiopian, dwarf. Please help!

Cardio, heart, heart! help .. fat or weightlifting. what is much more difficult for women, so do not stress, if not leave fast .. It will take some time.
You can also sit-ups for the stomach and knees / Yoga / Pilates for the rear. the stronger the better.
eat tons of protein.
Good luck!
Cardio and squats! The more you go to the gym, have more energy ... Buy the book "Diet Eating clean as Tosca Reno
the simple secret of losing weight is to burn more calories than you consume. You have cardiovascular exercise, like doing a treadmill or bike to burn calories. lose muscle tone without the fat is not required. Breast, not a crisis or machine squat on a slope. If you tone your abs at home, lying on his back on the floor and lift the cieling legs without bending your knees. that the great work! Moreover, the most effective outcome for your surgery bicycle crunches, but it would be easier if you can even find an explanation:) Remember, always mix your exercises. I hope that everything works for you!
