When I see someone say that the tea tree is used in dandruff or itchy scalp, dry, and not all the time and not dry your hair, helping it wont help you grow, when you try Nioxin

No. It helps with scaling, itching, dry scalp.

If you are looking to grow something to your hair, try supplementing biotin.
